We recommend cleaning the wooden surfaces regularly with a damp cloth and occasionally treating them with special wood oil to protect the grain and ensure longevity.

Can I also purchase accessories such as care products from you?

Are the products suitable for humid environments?

Yes. All products are designed for use in damp rooms. Thanks to the appropriate surface treatment, the wood remains resilient and durable.

Can I have the products customized?

How are the wall boards mounted?

The wall shelves are equipped with invisible mounting brackets, creating a modern, floating look. Detailed assembly instructions are included with each order to ensure easy and secure installation.

What is the load capacity of your shelves and racks?

Our oak shelves and racks are extremely durable. The load limit is approximately 25 kg. If this is not sufficient, please feel free to contact us.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Delivery time within Germany is typically 7 to 14 days. Each product is manufactured for you immediately after your order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods, including advance payment via bank transfer, PayPal, purchase on account, installment purchase, direct debit, and credit card via Klarna. Advance payment also entitles you to a 2% discount on the gross value of your order.

Can I change my order after purchase?

Changes to your order are only possible as long as the goods have not yet been manufactured. Please contact us immediately if you would like to make any changes.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will then provide you with instructions for returning and replacing the product.
